Application

• Conveyor structure made by 40 * 40 Alu. profile anodized.
• Conveyor chain – 1 -/2″ pitch
• 20 nos aging trolley – size 600 * 600 * 500
• Single phase bus bar system for trolley connection

• Power connector – Roller type
• Motor 1/2HP with double reduction gear box
• Speed : Adjustable by frequency control system – as per aging time.
• Aging parameters – 6 Zone Voltage control independently with 1 zone switching & can also be custom according to customer requirement.

Pallets

• Replicable pallets for street light & down lights 20 nos. with 10Nos. NG switch each pallet.
• Replicable pallets for tube light(Batten) 20 nos. with 25 nos. switch each pallet.

• Total batten loaded – 500 nos
• Replicable pallets for LED bulb 45 Nos. with 25 holders B-22 type.
• Total bulbs loaded = 1000 Nos max.
